Using a USB cable (type C), plug the probe into your computer.
Open the Probe Sync software on your computer. A window will appear. Click on "START" and further directions will appear, guiding you through any necessary updates.
You will be prompted to connect the probe if you have not done so already.
Probe Sync will analyze the probe to see whether the most recent firmware is installed.
If a more recent firmware version exists, Probe Sync will detect it. Select 'CONTINUE' to complete the update.
Please wait while the firmware is updated.
If there is any data stored in the probe that needs to be uploaded to the cloud, it will sync during this step.
Once this screen is displayed, select 'FINISH' and disconnect the probe from your computer.
